• Car Parking: Please ensure Blue Badge is displayed when using the allocated disable parking space.
• Wheelchair access
• Prescription Delivery Service: Patients can arrange for a chemist of their choice to collect and dispense medication and also arrange delivery.

Opening Times

There are number of days in the year when the GP practice is closed for training. On those days phone number for alternative service is provided.

Out Of Hours

Outside normal surgery hours (6.30pm to 8.00am on weekdays and all day at weekends and on bank holidays):

Call NHS 111 - if you need urgent medical care that is NOT a 999 emergency. Telephone consultation with a call handler who will give advice or direct you to the most appropriate service.

NHS 111 may direct you to be seen by Coventry GP Out of Hours Service, at the City of Coventry Health Centre on Stoney Stanton Road, CV1 4FS, or receive a Telephone Advice Call from a Doctor or Nurse.

You can use NHS 111 online 111.nhs.uk. 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

If it’s a life-threatening emergency call 999.
